K&D Joinery were appointed by the contractor on this major refurbishment at Park Place London SW1. All new fully factory finished Accoya sliding sash box frame windows were supplied and fitted to the front elevation with its stunning curved facade that has become a major feature of this prestigious part of London. Internally, K&D Joinery also supplied over 90 interior door sets. Oak frames and fire check doors all manufactured to the interior designers exacting standards. Finished in a dark walnut stain, the leaves had eight horizontal stainless steel rods inserted in the veneers for a superb contemporary feel to the interior fabric of the building. We also supplied and fitted an external version of these doors, using solid European oak rather than the veneers, for the impressive front entrance doors and glazed screen.
