K&D joinery proudly unveils its fourth Biesse CNC machine.

It involved us having to find space on our busy factory floor for the new much needed machine. The fourth biesse CNC machine in the K&D factory, allows you to write programs into its computer, where it can access several different tools to shape the wood with incredible accuracy, it can curve wood as easily as cutting it straight and once programmed can do it automatically. Operatives are sent a DWG file from the CAD drawers to the laptop and they are given a hard copy. A programme is produced either from scratch or an existing program is modified. The end result is a complex piece of joinery that is produced with precision and quickly.
